The only thing Jasmijn writes after the accident she caused are countless (and unanswered) letters to Wim, the victim’s widower. Jasmijn realizes that she cannot continue with her life like this and, without telling anyone, packs her bags and leaves for Morocco where Wim runs a hotel. While her sister and her publisher try to find out where she is, Jasmijn and Wim make an unexpected friendship under the Moroccan sun.
