The Federal Consumer Prosecutor’s Office (Profeco) reviews the adhesion contracts that telecommunications providers offer to consumers so that they can be clearer and simpler.
The Deputy Attorney for Telecommunications of the Attorney General’s Office, Idris Rodríguez Zapata, explained that Clarity is sought in the contracts and therefore an analysis of them is carried out.
