During today, the National Meteorological Service (SMN) has announced the entry of the Cold Front number 9 into Mexican territory, predicting temperatures down to -10°C in some states of the country and its permanence during the rest of the week.
Through a statement, the SMN reported that this cold front and the new frontal system, “in interaction with an upper trough, the polar and subtropical jet currents and a dry line, it will generate strong gusts of wind with dust devils in the northwest, north and northeast of the country, in addition to high waves on the western coast of the peninsula of “Baja California.”
