Voice actor RAP BATTLE’s “Hypnosis Microphone” theatrical version will be released in Japan in February 2025, and the audience will vote on the ending

The first theatrical version of the Japanese voice actor RAP duel project “Hypnosis Microphone” (ヒプノシスマイク-Division Rap Battle-) will be released in Japan on February 21, 2025.

This theatrical version will be released in the form of an “interactive movie”. Moviegoers can vote in real time through the APP. The viewer’s choice will change the development and ending of each screening.

The “Hypnosis Microphone” multimedia project was launched in September 2017. It is directed by well-known composers in the hip-hop circle, and 18 popular Japanese voice actors provide voices for distinctive characters. The formats are mainly CDs and radio dramas, and later comics, live-action stages, rhythm mobile games, etc. will be launched. The winner of the game is determined by fan votes.
