The program Today Not Circulating on Monday, November 11, 2024 applies to vehicles with YELLOW stickersplate completion 5 and 6, and holograms 1 and 2, during the hours from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

This program, which seeks to reduce pollution and protect the environment, restricts the circulation of automobiles in Mexico City and the State of Mexico every day of the week.
In which municipalities of the State of Mexico does Hoy No Circula also apply?
The program is in force in the following municipalities:
- Atizapan of Zaragoza
- Coacalco de Berriozábal
- Cuautitlan
- Cuautitlán Izcalli
- Chalco
- Chicoloapan
- Chimalhuacan
- Ecatepec de Morelos
- Huixquilucan
- Ixtapaluca
- Peace
- Naucalpan de Juárez
- Nezahualcoyotl
- Nicolas Romero
- Tecámac
- World of Baz
- Tultitlan
- Chalco Valley
What cars are exempt from complying with the program?
Today Not Circulating does not apply to all vehicles. The exceptions are cars that:
- Have double zero or zero hologram.
- Whether electric or hybrid.
- Have plates for people with different abilities.
- Be they emergency service or funeral vehicles.
