Baja California Sur: Sharks are captured on VIDEO near the beach

A group of sharks captured on one of the beaches of the boardwalk surprised tourists and residents of La Paz, Baja California Surthis Sunday.

The sighting occurred during the early hours of this day, and It was captured in images by athletes who toured the area and were surprised by the presence of this species very close to the shore.

As narrated in videos that they shared on social networks, there were between five and eight specimens, who seemed to be “feeding.”

The events caused various comments, many of them celebrating the “visit” of these specimens to this tourist area, and considered that it is due to the clean waters. Others narrated their experiences of seeing more sharks on other beaches in La Paz, at different times of the morning and afternoon, some of which were able to identify the shark species.

In Los Cabos, in September the Costa Azul beach was closed for a few weeks due to the presence of sharks, as a preventive measure, and authorities indicated that it was due to the migratory season.. On this occasion, the Federal Maritime-Terrestrial Zone of La Paz has not communicated any measures regarding today’s sighting.
