To register each student in the family nucleus, mothers, fathers and/or guardians must access the official website www.becaritacetina.gob.mx with the following documentation in digital format:

- Current official identification (INE)
- Proof of address (No older than three months)
- Updated Unique Population Registry Code (CURP) for each student enrolled at the secondary level
- Updated Unique Population Registry Code (CURP) of the mother, father, guardian and/or tutor
The beneficiaries of the Benito Juárez Basic Education Welfare Scholarship, enrolled in public secondary schools in priority locations, They must register online to access the “Rita Cetina Gutiérrez” universal scholarship.
