After the incarceration and indictment of a man suspected of sexual assault, the Seine-Saint-Denis police launched a call for witnesses so that possible other victims could come forward: investigators have reason to believe that its victims could be more numerous.
Assaults filmed
The suspect, aged 25 to 35 at the time of the events, is described by investigators as being of North African type, of normal build and speaking without an accent. It mainly operated in the Pantin sector and its outskirts.
His modus operandi consisted of following his victims, mostly pre-teens and Asian types, in building lobbies, accusing them of theft as a pretext for a body search during which he engaged in sexual touching, which he filmed using from his cell phone.
