The Universal Scholarship for Basic Education “Rita Cetina Gutiérrez” It is one of the new Wellbeing programs of the administration of President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.
This scholarship will be awarded to all preschool, primary and secondary education students in public schools, with the objective of financially supporting families and guaranteeing their permanence in the educational system.

This support will begin to be delivered first at the secondary level at the beginning of 2025; It will later be enabled for the other levels.
The scholarship will grant 1,900 pesos every two months to each family that has a high school student, but in the event that there is more than one son or daughter at this level, An additional 700 pesos will be given for each of them.
The procedure for the scholarships will be carried out online from Monday, November 11 to Wednesday, December 18, 2024 and must be done by the mothers, fathers or guardians of the students through the page: https://becaritacetina.com/
