Making a good sequel is difficult, and examples of superior sequels are not plentiful. Bee Paddington 2 (2017) According to many viewers, the kite did fly. Favorites lists
Although Paddington (2014) FilmVandaag still has a slightly higher grade average, mainly because of this Paddington 2 ended up on many favorites lists in its release year. In the sequel story, the friendly bear is settled in London and is brimming with good intentions. Things go wrong when he wants to buy a birthday present, but is then blamed when the desired object is stolen. Actor Hugh Grant shows his meanest side in a grotesque supporting role.
‘Threequel’
In the newly expected third part, Paddington returns to the Peruvian jungle, where he would like to visit his aunt Lucy. Although the film will not be released in cinemas in the Netherlands until next year, several critics abroad have already seen the concluding ‘threequel’.

It was perhaps a bit to be feared, that Paddington in Peru should do its best to come close to its predecessor(s). Empire speaks of a reasonable and entertaining third part, but there are also much stricter reactions:
