Which ISSSTE retirees will not receive a bonus?
To be a beneficiary of the Institute’s pension it is necessary to meet certain requirements or be under a specific regime.
In this context, in accordance with the guidelines and modalities of the Pension ISSSTEthe people who can receive their bonus this year are those who retired from working life in the Tenth Transitory Regime.
This regime includes workers who were active when the new ISSSTE Law in 2007 and that they retired before March 31 of the same year. Under this modality, workers were able to retire when they were 60 years old, with a minimum contribution of 14 years, 6 months and 1 day.
When will the ISSSTE Pension payment fall?
