“The opinion was sent to me at 11 a.m. and 5 minutes today, Sunday, and they are summoning the commission for today, Sunday, to approve it. In response, Leonel Godoy, president of the Commission, clarified that This Sunday’s extraordinary session would be held to approve the method of discussing the project in a session to be held this Monday.

In response, Leonel Godoy declared: “There is no way we plan to debate today, the agenda states that today this Commission on Constitutional Points is declared in permanent session. but the debate will take place until tomorrow in an ordinary session and not in today’s extraordinary session.”
