Today one of the most important Mexican companies in the candy industry at the national level and also proudly from Jalisco, is going search for new goals and objectives in which a goal prevails that the candy businessman Enrique Michel considers very fair: to give migrants the place, respect and recognition that corresponds to them.
Today came the dreamed day and one of the most important in the history of great feats for Dulces de la Rosa, of achieving for Jalisco and for Mexico to once again break another record: the creation of the largest Marzipan in the world, precisely in the area suburb of Los Angeles, California.
Previously in 2018, Dulces de la Rosa achieved the Record Guinness which endorsed the marzipan weighing more than eight tons in the Plaza de los Fundadores in Guadalajara and which on that occasion was witnessed and tested by 130 thousand people.
Today, they decide to beat their own record. With a greater degree of difficulty and in a scenario of different conditions, such as that represented by the United States.
Dulces de la Rosa, always seeks the greatest purposes as a family, directors, managers and workers in all branches and production centers, they prepared hard for this project and that is perhaps the greatest teaching that comes from their parents and its founder, Don Jesus Michel.
The Giant Marzipan that is prepared in Los Angeles has an additional addition: the preservation of our identity.
Marzipan has become much more than an icon of national confectionery. Also for many Mexicans who live in the United States, it represents a symbol that is linked to the endearing nature of their land, with the flavor of their origins.
An entire team was deployed to create the structure and operation, which does its part, its enthusiasm and its technical quality, so that Jalisco has in the neighboring nation to the North, a palpable example that this is how all Mexicans are.
There is no doubt: no matter how great the challenge, today there will be a new record for Giant Marzipan in California.
From Jalisco to the world, they will surpass their own Guinness brand
