Avid series viewers probably know Maude Apatow mainly from the hit drama Euphoria (2019– )but the 26-year-old actress is also a member of a creative family. Father Judd Apatow is a well-known filmmaker, and that’s partly why Maude was already in The King of Staten Island (2020) to see. In recent years, a fire has clearly been lit in Apatow junior, because the series star will make his debut as a director in the near future.
Childhood friend
In Euphoria Apatow plays Lexi Howard, a bright and relatively shy high school student and the sister of the more eye-catching Cassie (Sydney Sweeney). Earlier this year, Maude Apatow started the production company Jewelbox Pictures with childhood friend Olivia Rosenbloom. Poetic License will be their first project.
