GoTo Holds Engineering Bootcamp 2024, Efforts to Create Future Tech Leaders

Participants will take part in an intensive bootcamp for nine weeks. They will sharpen their programming skills while building a strong foundation of principles engineering.

This program provides hands-on experience and learning opportunities coach. They are experts engineering at GoTo and technology industry experts outside the company.

A number of activities carried out included challenges in the field of programming, career development training, and monitoring sessions one-on-one.

Talking about GoTo’s contribution, based on LPEM UI research, from 2018 to 2023, GoTo increased the number of digital skilled workers at the city/district level by 2.2 to 3.1 percent.

Meanwhile, outside Java and Bali, GoTo’s presence correlated 3.3 to 4.25 percent in the increase in the number of digitally savvy talents in the same period.
