The organization, made up of relatives of missing persons who carry out searches in various areas of the state, called on those who have a relative in this condition to go to the genetic sample bank – if they have not already done so – in order to facilitate the process of ID.
This new discovery is the result of the work that began since the end of September in this area, where they reported that groups of relatives will continue to be deployed, together with authorities to detect if there are more clandestine graves.

These events shook groups throughout the state, who on August 30, International Day of Victims of Forced Disappearances, demanded that the federal and state governments take effective actions to stop this crime that is growing in BCS, a state where authorities presume the lowest homicide rate – only after Yucatán – but they recognize the increase in disappearances.
According to data from the Executive Secretariat of the National Public Security System, at the end of last August – the most recent date available – the entity recorded 37 intentional homicides, seven femicides, two kidnappings and 801 complaints for various sexual crimes.
