- Valid official identification (INE, passport, professional license, INAPAM credential, identity card)
- birth certificate
- CURP (updated and recent format).
- Proof of address (not older than 6 months; it can be for telephone, electricity, gas, water, property).
- Contact telephone number (cell phone and home)
- Fill out Wellbeing form (FUB)
