Apple is rumored to be making significant design changes to the iPhone 17, which is scheduled to launch on the market next year.
Based on a Fone Arena report, Wednesday (2/10/2024), the iPhone 17 will only be equipped with three physical buttons on the cellphone body.
This big change can be seen in the combination of the Action Button and the volume buttons which are now placed on the left side, while the Camera Control button remains on the right side.
This innovation makes the iPhone 17 simpler and easier to use, especially when accessing important features without having to bother looking for separate buttons.
How does it work? Apple is believed to be using a mechanism similar to the Camera Control button on the iPhone 16 series.
This new button can be operated by swiping the button to adjust the volume, while if pressed, this button will function as an Action Button that can be customized, for example to access applications or activate silent mode.
Not only that, it is also rumored that Apple will replace the less popular iPhone Plus with a new, slimmer model, namely the iPhone Slim or iPhone Air.
Many people believe that the iPhone Slim or iPhone Air will be an option for consumers looking for a device with a lighter and more compact design.
