The Minister of Housing and Urban Agenda, Isabel Rodríguez, has responded to the Popular Party that there are already dialogue tables, following the request that the PP made to the Government this Sunday to convene a table with autonomous communities, city councils, the sector and experts to establish “immediately” solutions in housing. “There are already dialogue tables with the sector, CCAA, City Councils… The only thing missing is you. The confrontation with housing is irresponsible. Therefore, welcome to the agreement. I hope that we will dialogue and agree at the Conference of Presidents,” Rodríguez wrote in his account by “We have to put land on the market, reduce obstacles to speed up deadlines, end the squatting that is generating so much insecurity, give certainty and security to families,” said Martín. This past Thursday the Housing Sector Conference was held, where the minister met with the housing counselors of the different autonomous communities to continue with the work of the new call for the Youth Rental Bonus, the new State Housing Plan and analyze the degree of development and implementation of the measures agreed with the CCAA with the funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR). The Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda will reward the autonomous communities that apply the Housing Law and declare a stressed area with more funds to develop particular actions, in compliance with article 18 of the Housing Law, and removes the possibility of punishing the autonomies unsubmissive, according to Housing sources.
