
Catalunya en Comú has approved in its National Council this Saturday the political and organizational presentation ‘Construïm futur en comú’, from the IV National Assembly in November, and in whose text they confirm that “the political space has room for growth.” He faces the assembly to update his strategy and to define his objectives for Catalonia, thinking about the municipal elections of 2027, the Comuns report in a statement. The text states that, after a decade of Comuns, this assembly must aspire to “reinforce itself ideologically and strengthen the organization with a greater territorial presence”; to continue defending the ideology with which they emerged, and to advocate for a republican, federal and plurinational Catalonia. The National Council has also approved the presidency of the Board of the IV National Assembly, assumed by Jordi Collado, from Tarragona, and Marina Escribano, from Mollet del Vallès (Barcelona). CALENDAR UNTIL THE ASSEMBLY Before the assembly on November 16 and 17, the Comuns continue with their calendar: on Monday they will begin the period of communication of the intention to present a candidacy (until Friday) and the collection of guarantees. The candidacy submission period will begin on the 22nd; The collection of guarantees will end on the 27th; The period for submitting candidatures will end on the 29th, and on the 30th the provisional proclamation of the candidacies will be made and they will be published. From October 31 to November 2, nominations will be collected; November 4 will be the maximum deadline for resolution of candidacy allegations and the final proclamation; The electoral campaign will begin on the 5th; The 7th will be the start of voting, and on the 11th the electoral campaign and voting will end. On the 12th the provisional proclamation of results will be made; On the 13th and 14th, allegations will be collected, on the 15th the final resolution and proclamation of the results will be made, and on the weekend of the 16th and 17th the National Assembly will be held.
