In Medellín there is outrage over the murder of a man who was found in the wooded area of Cerro el Volante, in the commune of Robledo, northwest of the city. The victim was identified as James Alberto Arboleda, who was found shirtless and with several wounds on his body caused by a knife.
According to the Information System for Security and Coexistence (Sisc), the authorities found the body around 11:13 pm, on Thursday, October 3.
