No problem if you’re longing for summer next fall, because Netflix has thought of everything. The streaming service will launch this fall Adoration (2024)an Italian coming-of-age series about “a summer that changes everything.” The starting point of the story is the disappearance of a sixteen-year-old girl.

“Elena already told me she wanted to leave,” the teaser images released by Netflix say. When the first notices about her disappearance hang on the lampposts, it turns out that several of her peers know more, but are not always able or willing to say so. What follows is a journey ‘between conjecture and revelation’:
Young adult-roman
Adoration (English title: Adoration) is a project by Stefano Mordini, who started working on a young adult novel of the same name by Alice Urciolo, but gave it his own twist. About a year ago, the series was announced as part of a wider Italian lineup for the streaming service. Alice Lupparelli, Beatrice Puccilli and Penelope Raggi are the main actors on the cast list.
We’ll have to wait for a trailer that reveals more, but if you’re already stimulated, you can Adoration add it to your watchlist. The series will end 20 november appear on Netflix.
