Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison makes it easy for customers to get eSIM services, aka Embedded SIM. This service is now available via the myBCA banking application.
For your information, eSIM is a SIM service without requiring a card on a smartphone. That way, users don’t need to get a physical SIM card to insert into their smartphone’s SIM card slot.
This partnership with BCA is Indosat’s effort to make it easier for their customers to activate eSIM via banking applications that are widely used by the public.
Director and Chief Commercial Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Ritesh Kumar Singh, said, “Technology support and digitalization are our priorities in making it easier for customers to access communications, such as the IM3 eSIM service which provides a seamless internet experience.”
He said that the collaboration with BCA is expected to reach more banking customers in various regions to use IM3.
“We are optimistic that this collaboration can be enjoyed by more customers and can help realize Indosat’s big goal of empowering Indonesian people through digital technology,” said Ritesh.
