A recording circulating on social networks shows alleged members of the National Guard (GN) torturing a person who supposedly works for organized crime.

“You’re going to tell your commander that the National Guard says that the statement they sent upsets me and the entire National Guard,” one of the alleged uniformed officers who are holding a person is heard saying.
In the video you can see three people wearing boots, knee pads and camouflage uniforms very similar to those of the National Guard.

In the recording you can see how one of the supposed GN agents steps on the feet of the person who is on the ground subdued. Meanwhile, it is observed that this person’s neck is being pressed with what appears to be a black tube or baton.
The man, who is dressed in a blue t-shirt and shorts, listens to the threats from the uniformed men and can only affirm everything they tell him.

“Listen, I’m not going to tell you at eleven, I’m going to tell you at 10 that I don’t want to see any of your fucking trucks because they’re going to be embarrassed. I’m not going to put them in the boat, I’m going to kill them,” says the alleged member of the GN with high-sounding words.

Another of the supposed officers asks him if “he wants to ride,” to which this person says no. The alleged officers question him about his grandmother’s name and where he is from, to which he responds that she is from La Piedad, Michoacán.
Meanwhile, the person who interrogates him “corrects him” and hits him on his head with the pipe: “we are in Río Grande, my asshole, so you remember. La Pieta was barely paid.”
The alleged elements of the security corporation mock this person’s complaints and place him in order to give him, according to them, the last punishment with the pipe.
“It’s official,” pleads the person who screams in pain after being paid in the buttocks. “But why slowly?” asks the person recording the video of the aggressor, who also forces him to bite a piece of rag or cloth so that his screams cannot be heard due to the other blows he receives.
Before being released, the video also shows a long weapon carried by an alleged GN officer and at least two vehicles.

Newspaper reports indicate that cells or armed arms of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) operate in La Piedad and have been recorded distributing gifts or groceries to the population.
Infobae México consulted the Media Service area of the National Guard to confirm if it was their elements and if so, to know the details of it or to know if there was already an open investigation for this act, as well as to know if it was offender why he was not referred to the corresponding Public Ministry.
However, at the time of this note, the security department has not responded to this publishing house’s request.
The recording was released the same day that elements of the Secretariat of National Defense (Sedena) were also captured attacking a person who was supposedly an organized crime informant in Mazatlán, Sinaloa.
In this case, Infobae México also consulted Sedena who specified that it will verify the content of the video and that, at the moment, it did not have information in this regard.
