PowNed DJ Eddy Keur was recently asked to participate in the First Dates program. But he refused, the NPO celebrity said in the radio program Nachtwacht.
“I was asked by the people of First Dates, but I said no,” said Keur. “I don’t know how they put that together. But I sometimes see combinations in that program that make me think: well, sorry!”
The 65-year-old Keur says that in dating life it takes “less than a second when the door opens”. “And then I might think: oh my god, do I have to eat that for the entire meal?! I would finish it out of respect, but certainly not pay for it.”
The NPO face would also participate in a dating program if he would see in advance what kind of men had been chosen for him. “If I can make a top three out of ten men, then I would participate,” said Keur. “Just so you know: that was my choice.” He added that he has been dating a lot lately.
Keur has made many programs for PowNed in recent years, such as Nachtwacht. He also provides the Friday afternoon show on 3FM every week and worked as a freelancer for NH Radio. Keur replaced the ill Ruud de Wild for some time.
