A residence of more than a thousand square meters that remained protected by the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) will return to the hands of Emilio Lozoya Austin by resolution of a federal judge, details an investigation by journalist Arturo Ángel for Emeequis.

According to information included in the aforementioned media, the decision of Ana Lilia Osorno Arroyo, Second District Judge in Matters of Domain Forfeiture, was due to the fact that the Prosecutor’s Office process for the property to change ownership was based on an appeal legal that was not in force at the time of its purchase with resources of alleged illicit origin.
