Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday evening that an unknown number of Israeli hostages would be released “in groups”. He also emphasizes that the fight against Hamas will continue even if a ceasefire is concluded with the group.
Netanyahu spoke about a difficult decision by the Israeli government, but called it the right decision. The hostages who are not released are visited by the Red Cross. The Prime Minister said this on Tuesday evening during a series of scheduled meetings, including with members of his war cabinet and his government.
