The actions to which the authorities refer were reported one day earlier, on Saturday, September 23, when the First Collegiate Court of Appeal in Criminal Matters confirmed the disposal of the banking evidence that the FGR considered important to demonstrate the more than 10 million dollars that Lozoya would have received during the administration of Enrique Peña Nieto.
