Two people were killed and one injured in a rocket attack on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv on the night from Tuesday to Wednesday. That same night, Russia claims to have been hit by several Ukrainian drone strikes.
Mayor Vitali Klitschko said several explosions have occurred in Kyiv. At least two buildings, both non-residential, caught fire.
The fatalities are two men. According to the Ukrainian authorities, they would have died after falling debris. One person was injured by flying glass.

Russia says it was hit by several drone attacks that same night. As far as is known, there were no casualties.
However, an airport in the northwestern city of Pskov was hit. Four cargo planes were damaged. Two of them are said to have caught fire, according to the Russian state news agency TASS.
The country also says it hit four Ukrainian army vessels in the Black Sea. Those reports have not yet been confirmed by Ukraine.
