One of the most notorious cases within the Mexican political sphere from the week of Monday, August 14 to Friday, August 18, was the fine that the National Electoral Institute (INE) imposed on Marcelo Ebrard for having submitted the security plan in advance, which he called ANGEL, which he will implement if he becomes the next president. This Saturday, August 19, the Marcelo Fest was held in Puerto Vallarta, in Jalisco, where supporters of the former Secretary of Foreign Relations met to talk about his plans to continue with the internal campaign of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena). to become the Defender of the 4T (which is nothing more than the official candidate for the 2024 presidential election).

During his speech, he set aside time to talk about the fine imposed by the INE for 10,000 pesos due to the presentation of presidential programs one year after the electoral process. Contrary to what is believed that the punishment was imposed for denouncing the alleged carrying of Claudia Sheinbaum. On the other hand, he regretted that he was punished for “thinking.”

Despite the 10,000-peso fine imposed on him by the National Electoral Institute, Marcelo Ebrard continued to express his plans for Mexico if he became the next president. Among the topics he touched on were tourism and maritime trade.

On the other hand, he assured that one of the things that is needed within the Federal Government is that young people are not listened to and that through the different administrations in Mexico they have been left aside and are not taken into account.

Related to the health issue, he assured that he knows how to work to improve the quality of the Mexican health system, thanks to the fact that he was able to obtain vaccines against Covid-19 and ventilators to treat the most serious cases in the different hospitals, declared Marcelo Ebrard.
