This was denounced by the lawyer and expert on municipal issues, Julio Castiglioni, before the Comptroller General of the Republic for the alleged crime of embezzlement. “That is called embezzlement for use, because it is not a car assigned to her for her use [personal]. It is a car assigned to the municipality, ”explained the lawyer.

Castiglioni details that the vehicle was used with state money, so there is a crime that must be investigated by the authorities. In addition, it has been provided that a municipal worker fulfill other functions outside of his working hours.
Given this, the edile authority responded to the fact and indicated that there is nothing “bad” in asking a staff that can transfer it, but not “wait”. However, he did not deny whether this episode existed this year, as denounced by the lawyer.
