Pieter Omtzigt was seen as a problem from day one

A reconstruction by Nieuwsuur shows that the scouts Annemarie Jorritsma (VVD) and Kajsa Ollongren (D66) have seen popular Member of Parliament Pieter Omtzigt as a risk for a new cabinet since the start of the formation in 2021.

On a field visit with the Ecological Authority

After a recommendation from the planning office for the living environment and a motion by BBB leader Caroline van der Plas and Derk Jan Eppink on behalf of JA21, the cabinet finally decided that a politically independent, scientific organization should be set up to monitor the state of nature in all to properly assess provinces: The Ecological Authority.

Working groups are now visiting 130 protected natural areas. Nieuwsuur accompanied us on a field visit.
