Some articles on which there is no agreement are: 1 (object), 12 (general characteristics regarding affiliation and contribution to the system), 32 (liquidation and amount of the comprehensive old-age pension in the contributory pillar), 76 (regime of transition) and 77 (opportunity to transfer).

For their part, among the articles that would have an agreement are 4 (the principles of the social security system), 23 (contribution distribution) and 26 (resources).
