A United States court will examine this Tuesday whether Prince Harry of England obtained his visa to enter the country irregularly, after the revelations about his drug use in the Spare book have raised doubts about the process.

The Heritage Foundation argues that “US law generally considers a person inadmissible for entry” into the country if there is evidence that they have used drugs in the past.

In his memoir Spare, the British duke recounts that he used drugs as a teenager, such as cocaine and marijuana, and that he even consulted with a woman with “powers”, without giving her name or saying if she was a psychic, who told him that her mother, the late Diana of Wales, approved of his decision to start a new life in the US with his wife, the American actress Meghan Markle.
