The fate of Cristina Kirchner in the case for the so-called “K money route” now seems sealed. It is that after the opinion of the prosecutor Guillermo Marijuan, the federal judge Sebastián Casanello asked his opinion to the two organizations that had been constituted as complainants during the management of Mauricio Macri: the AFIP and the Financial Information Unit. The Anti-Corruption Office had already been lowered at the beginning of Alberto Fernández’s management. Without prosecution, there is no way to continue with the case.
As revealed to Infobae, the two organizations supported the dismissal promoted by prosecutor Marijuan. Now, Judge Casanello must evaluate the opinions of the three accusers who, from now on, decided to promote the request to stop investigating the Vice President. With this scenario, the case against CFK is heading to close.
