Andrés Hurtado Grados, better known as “Chibolín”, has been mentioned by the journalist Mauricio Fernandini in his statement before the National Prosecutor’s Office, in the framework of the investigations against Salatiel Marrufo, former head of the Cabinet of Advisors of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS), and the businesswoman Sada Goray.

As is known, Fernandini submitted to the figure of a sincere confession before the Public Ministry. According to the tax thesis, the journalist would have influenced Goray to make payments to Marrufo and, in her place, she would obtain benefits for her real estate business.

As revealed in “Al Estilo Juliana”, Andrés Hurtado had a participation on stage at the beginning of September within the framework of all this network of contacts.

At the beginning of September 2021, Fernandini attended a restaurant with Marrufo, Goray and Julieta del Pilar Celinda Tijero, his cousin. Hurtado Grados, a friend of Fernandini’s, appeared in that place. In this context, Goray asked the journalist to present it. Moments later, they took photos and exchanged phone numbers, the report details. Just days later, Goray appeared on the Hurtado Grados program to promote his real estate business “Marka Group”.

All of this was detailed by Fernandini in his statement before the Prosecutor’s Office, to which he had access and was made known by the journalist Milagros Leiva on his ‘Willax TV’ program.

“Another day, at the beginning of September 2021, my cousin Julieta del Pilar Tijero told me that I should accompany them to dinner at the restaurant ‘La Cuadra de Salvador’. First came Sada Goray and [luego] Pilar Tijero, and then I arrive. We go to a [salón] private from the restaurant and when we were moving, my friend Andrés Hurtado contacted me and Sada Goray told me: ‘I want to meet Andrés’. Therefore, we all took a photo with him, Salatiel Marrufo arriving at that moment, exchanging telephone numbers between Andrés Hurtado and Sada Goray”, the statement revealed by Leiva stated.

Now, according to the report of “Al Estilo Juliana”, this meeting, where the comedian was, has an important value because it was in that meeting that Salatiel Marrufo mentioned a price to Sada Goray to carry out negotiations in his favor in the Ministry Housing, Construction and Sanitation.

The amount that Marrufo would have asked Goray would be S/ 4 million in cash “in exchange for putting directors who vote in his favor in the Mivivienda Fund,” the report narrates.

In a video revived by the Leiva program, it is recalled that when Sada Goray visited Andrés Hurtado’s television space, he assured her that he would intercede for her before the Government.

“I thank Techo Propio for continuing with Marka Group [empresa de Sada Goray]. Just let me know if any mayor or someone from the government dares to delay any housing,” Andrés Hurtado mentioned to the businesswoman.

Sada Goray revealed that Salatiel Marrufo asked her for S/ 4 million to “help her with her things and that they were not going to get stuck.”

As stated before the Prosecutor’s Office, she collected said amount with the help of family, friends and businessmen. Goray has presented documents of the vouchers and bank transfers.

One of them is Víctor Chang, a deceased relative of Goray, who reportedly delivered US$71,000 and S/800,000 in cash, according to an undated sworn statement.

Another contribution came from the businessman Martín Montoya Marcilla, who previously shared projects with Goray. In an affidavit dated November 3, 2022, he claimed to have given US$250,000, via cashier’s checks made out to three other people.

An important fact is that Montoya Marcilla registers 6 open cases in the Ministry of Housing for the crimes of fraud, criminal organization, generic falsehood, among others, reveals the report.

Finally, the foreign citizen Roberto Velasco contributed S/ 1 million, according to an affidavit also dated November 3, 2022. Among all this, a little more than S/ 2.8 million was added, money that went directly to Salatiel Marrufo .
