Dangerous corruption
As the new deputy director of the CIA, Jack Ryan must expose internal corruption. In doing so, he uncovers a series of suspicious covert operations that could expose the country’s fragility. As Jack and the team investigate the depths of the corruption, he discovers a much worse reality: the merging of a drug cartel with a terrorist organization. This exposes a conspiracy much closer to home and tests Jack Ryan’s faith in the system he has always fought to protect.
Recurring character
A Quiet Place creator John Krasinski stars as Jack Ryan, a character created by American thriller writer Tom Clancy. Before the Prime series, the role was already played by actors like Chris Pine (Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (2014)), Ben Affleck (The Sum of All Fears (2002)) en Harrison Ford (Clear and Present Danger (1994)). The Prime series also stars Wendell Pierce, Michael Kelly, Betty Gabriels, Abbie Cornish, Michael Peña and Louis Ozawa.
