A serious event occurred in Bucaramanga for the murder of a man at the hands of his wife, who would not have put up with her sentimental partner breaking off the relationship and she decided to end her life, in an act of anger and intolerance.

The National Police reported that the victim received a serious stab wound to the chest, was transferred to a care center, but the doctors could not save him and he died a few hours after the brutal attack, while the person responsible went to the police. drain.

This is the second murder due to an act of intolerance that occurs in Bucaramanga, where a signatory to the peace agreement was sheltered with an insurance measure for having ended the life of a man who trimmed some trees in the north of the city.

The Vanguardia newspaper reported that the homicide occurred at Carrera 23C with Calle 7N, Esperanza neighborhood, north of Bucaramanga, where Diana Carolina Ortiz, alias La Gata, and her husband Antonio María Quecho Ardilla, 66, lived.

According to the first versions, everything seems to indicate that Quecho wanted to separate from his wife, without knowing the reason, but it caused them to have a strong discussion about it, which ended in both verbal and physical aggression.

Apparently, the Police answered the call of one of the neighbors who alerted about what had happened, arrived at the house and found Quecho on the ground, they transferred him to the Local Hospital of the North, but the severity of his injury caused his death at few hours.

“There was an argument between a married couple and according to what has been established, the spouse inflicted a stab wound on her husband, a 66-year-old man who died in the care center while receiving medical attention. This fact calls our attention because it clearly presents an act of intolerance that could be controlled”, informed the Colonel of the Metropolitan Police, Óscar Manrique.

Diana Carolina Ortiz, about whom there is not much information at the moment, left her home after brutally attacking her husband, took an unknown direction and the National Police reported that they are looking for her whereabouts to answer for homicide.

One of the versions used by the authorities is that La Gata would have left Bucaramanga, but at the moment there is no exact destination, if she took a private car or inter-municipal transport, and they asked her for the collaboration of the citizens to deliver information of the person in charge of the case.

The Blu Radio station reported that Bucaramanga had already been the scene of a homicide due to an act of intolerance, since the previous one was responsible for Abel Gil Gutiérrez, demobilized from the Farc, who signed the peace agreement with the national government in 2016.
