The Turks are invited on Sunday May 14, 2023 to the polls for the legislative and presidential elections. They will have to choose a new president or renew Recep Tayyip Erdogan who has led the country for two decades. Created in 1923 by Mustafa Kemal, known as Atatürk, the Turkish Republic is celebrating its centenary this year.
