Lavrov visits Brazil after Lula’s proposal to negotiate peace in Ukraine

Lthe visit of the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrovthis Monday to the Brazilian capital occurs shortly after the president of Brazil, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silvaproposed creating a club of nations that includes Brazil and China to mediate peace.
