According to the prosecutor’s thesis, ‘Rosa’ received an order from the Central Committee of Sendero Luminoso to carry out the aforementioned attack. Despite the initiation of the proceedings of the Public Ministry, Huatay Ruiz left the country in June 2022, the Foreign Ministry reported months ago, heading to Argentina.

It was also known that after the situation was reported to the Federal Police, the corresponding document was sent to Interpol Lima.
The cause of death responds to a “Cardiac arrest – Respiratory failure – Heart failure”, confirmed PNP General Óscar Arriola.
