Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story (2023) is coming. Fans of Bridgerton (2020– ) go back in time with the new series. Netflix just unveiled the trailer.

“The romance that started it all,” Netflix announces the trailer. The upcoming prequel series introduces a young Charlotte (India Amarteifio), who is just beginning to understand her power. We meet her as she enters her life-changing marriage to the young King George (Corey Mylchreest). With Charlotte as a fearless leader, a shift begins that will spark generations of change in the world of Bridgerton.
Bridgerton Faces
In addition to Queen Charlotte’s past, Netflix also promises to give a glimpse into the 19th century life of the Bridgerton family. In addition to a lot of new faces in the prequel series, a number of old acquaintances also return: Golda Rosheuvel as Queen Charlotte, Adjoa Andoh as Lady Danbury and Ruth Gemmell as Lady Violet Bridgerton.
