The president of the republic, Dina Boluarte, will answer this Thursday before the Public Ministry for the contracts of the companies linked to her former adviser Grika Asayag. She will do so as a witness from 9 in the morning in her office at the Government Palace. The State Attorney General’s Office will also be present at this proceeding.

As is public, an investigation by the newspaper El Comercio revealed that Total Force SAC and the Florence Nightingale association had service orders between November 2021 and August 2022 for an amount of S/112,100.
Total Force SAC achieved a contract with the Security, Surveillance and Control Company SAC (Esvicsac), which is attached to EsSalud, whose dependency has the Labor and Employment Promotion portfolio. This occurred on November 19, 2021 for an amount of S/27,500 under the concept of “electronic security consulting”.

Before achieving this contract, Grika Asayag was in the office of the former vice minister of labor, Sergio Jaime Ríos, on October 20, 2021. Three representatives of Esvicsac were also there.

However, Esvicsac also hired the Florence Nightingale Educational Association, which is linked to Grika Asayag. They gave her two service orders for S/66,600 in total, with the concept of “biosafety training service in times of COVID-19”. […] for the managers and heads of Esvicsac”.
On the other hand, the El Comercio investigation mentions that the daughter of Grika Asayag obtained contracts with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism during the administration of congressman Roberto Sánchez.

On April 26, 2022, the first order for Grika Karla Burgos Asayag was disbursed for an amount of 800 thousand soles for “adjudication without process. To carry out a diagnosis of the quality of the tourist service […] in districts of Lima”.
On August 11, 2022, the Mincetur approved another disbursement to hire Asayag’s daughter for S/10,000 under the concept of providing training on standards “for formalization and inspection in the tourism sector.”

One detail is that the hiring of Dina Boluarte’s former adviser occurs after visiting the then Secretary General Carlos Zafra at the Mincetur.

Asayag presented three adulterated study certificates to be an advisor to Boluarte Zegarra. As proof of this, the people who allegedly signed these documents denied that they did so on Sunday.
The story began when President Boluarte’s advisor reported that Roberto Justo Tejada Estrada had taken over as general director to seek licensing of his Florence Nightingale Educational Association and the Virginia Henderson Institute before the Ministry of Education in 2019.
However, Tejada denied to the aforementioned América Televisión space that he had assumed the position. Then, Grika Asayag reported that on August 24, 2021, she achieved her certificate of studies as a “Technical Nursing Professional” at the Virginia Henderson Institute, which she had founded and chaired between 2008 until last year, with the signature of roof. Once again, this person denied her signature.
“No, definitely not (it’s my signature). The date also amazes me much more. Through my lawyer, I am going to send you documents proving that this document is totally false and what my condition was on that date, ”said Tejada, who revealed that in 2021 he was in prison for alleged corruption at a public university.
Due to these irregularities, the internal control body of the Executive Branch began an investigation into the certificates presented by Grika Asayag. However, Dina Boluarte’s former adviser had also been accused of wanting to seize a house located on the seven block of Bolivia Avenue, in the Breña district.
