Given these circumstances, the government has released the new Bond of S/500 for victims of rains, which has been designated for families whose properties are uninhabitable.
This is an effort by the central and local government so that the victims are not at risk from this type of disaster, which had a greater impact in 2023 due to Cyclone Yaku.
Also known as BAE, it is an economic aid of 500 soles that will be delivered monthly for a maximum period of two years. It is managed through the MVCS and the Mivivienda Fund (FMV).
The beneficiaries will be those citizens whose homes have been affected and have been declared uninhabitable or collapsed, due to natural disasters or induced by human action.

The beneficiary family has 10 days to locate the house that they are going to rent with the bonus of 500 soles. In this estimated time, you will have to find a new space to live.
Additionally, an application for grant must be completed as well as an affidavit to proceed with the process.
