The sexual relationship
Stephanie Clifford, better known by her former porn actress name Stormy Daniels, claims she met Donald Trump during a charity golf tournament on Lake Tahoe, which straddles the states of California and Nevada, in July 2006.
In her book Full Disclosure, published in 2018, she says that Donald Trump’s bodyguard would have invited her to dinner, but that it was in fact an invitation to join the billionaire in his apartment. The encounter ended in consensual sex. The former president would also have promised him participation in his reality show The Apprentice, a promise he would not have kept.
The book published by the former porn actress cites several juicy details of the sexual relationship. In it, she describes the Trump penis as “smaller than average” but “not monstrously small.”
“He has a huge mushroom head. Like a toad… I lay there, annoyed to be fucked by a guy with Yeti hair and a tail like the character of the mushroom in Mario Kart…”, writes the 27-year-old woman during his meeting with Trump.
“It may have been the least impressive sex I’ve ever had, but obviously he didn’t share that opinion,” she also says in the book.
The payment of $130,000
In 2016, when Donald Trump was approaching the American presidency, lawyer Michael Cohen wanted to make sure that the case would not harm his client’s election. In October 2016, two weeks before the election, he would have paid $ 130,000 to Stephanie Clifford to sign a confidentiality agreement preventing her from disclosing the slightest detail of her affair with the Republican candidate.

Stephanie Clifford says she agreed to sign the contract because she feared for her family’s safety.
Almost two years later, on January 12, 2018, a Wall Street Journal investigation uncovered the details surrounding the $130,000 payment. Michael Cohen later confessed to making the payment to the former actress.
Shortly after this admission, Stéphanie Clifford sued Donald Trump and Cohen to invalidate the confidentiality agreement she had signed during the 2016 presidential election.
The threats
The first time Stephanie Clifford spoke publicly about her affair with Donald Trump was in an interview with American gossip magazine In Touch Weekly in 2011. The magazine, however, did not publish the story until 2018. , because Michael Cohen allegedly threatened him with legal action.
Stormy Daniels also said she was the victim of threats around the same time, when a man approached her and her daughter in a Las Vegas parking lot. He allegedly told her to “leave Trump alone.”
“She’s a beautiful little girl. It would be a shame if something happened to his mother,” the man allegedly told him.

When the story was then revealed in 2018, the ex-porn actress was asked to testify in a report broadcast on the program 60 minutes of the American channel CBS. She claims that just before the episode aired, a company linked to Mr. Cohen tried to dissuade her from speaking out further by threatening her with a $20 million lawsuit.
Stormy Daniels still testified during the report.
Donald Trump says he will be arrested
Donald Trump has always denied having sex with Stomy Daniels. He has also always said that he had no idea of the financial agreement between his lawyer and the former actress.
The problem is that on May 2, 2018, another of his lawyers, Rudy Giuliani, contradicted him by claiming that the billionaire had reimbursed Michael Cohen for the payment through his company, the Trump Organization.

The payment would then have been classified as legal fees by the Trump Organization. Prosecutors believe that amounts to saying that Mr. Trump falsified business records, which is a criminal offense.
The American justice also considers that it could be a hidden donation to the presidential campaign of 2016 Stephanie of the former president, which would violate the electoral laws.
