‘Noise’ next week on Netflix: everything about the new Dutch thriller

From next week you can finally watch on Netflix Noise (2023), a brand new homegrown psychological thriller. In this article you can read everything we know about the upcoming action movie with Sallie Harmsen.

What awaits us in Noise?

In Noise, Matt (Ward Kerremans) is a successful influencer who has just become the father of his son Julius. However, when Matt moves his new family close to his demented father, he discovers some dark family secrets. His research unravels more family dramas than expected. Liv, Matt’s wife, is very worried and does everything she can not to lose Matt. Is she still on time?

Protagonists

The leading roles are played by Sallie Harmsen, who now also shines in the cinema Moloch (2022), Johan Leysen and Jesse Mensah. Noise is directed by Steffen Geypens, who also wrote the script. Ward Kerremans, recently in Netflix series Ground (2021) played, is looking forward to the new project.

My character Matt discovers a big secret about his demented father while there is also a lot going on in his own life. This fact allows me to approach the role in a unique way, Matt is a very engaging and challenging character. I’m really looking forward to filming Noise’s story with this great team.

More Dutch Netflix movies coming soon

Noise is not the only Dutch project coming to Netflix. For example, the streaming service announced two more new comedies this week and will soon be Happy Ending (2023), about the female orgasm.

Watch on Netflix • Luna (Gaite Jansen) forms a couple with Mink (Martijn Lakemeier), who are just celebrating their one-year anniversary. Mink knows that his girlfriend has been faking her orgasms since the beginning of their relationship, but Luna doesn’t dare bring it up anymore.
