EThe Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahuhas described as a _”terrorist attack”_the shooting that caused one death and two wounded in Tel Aviv.
The attacker opened fire on a busy street and was killed shortly after by police.
It came within hours of a military raid in the occupied West Bank in which Israeli soldiers killed three Palestinians.
The Islamist group Hamas has claimed that the 23-year-old shooter is a member of the organization.
