Fujimori congressman Eduardo Castillo is prohibited from approaching his wife, who denounced him for violence.
Fuerza Popular congressman Eduardo Castillo Rivas must stay away within a 100-meter radius of his wife because Judge Leader Ermelinda Facundo Facundo found that he psychologically and economically violated his wife.

The representative of the Second Subspecialized Court for Violence against Women and Members of the Sullana Family Group made this decision after it was verified that the Fujimori congressman sent hostile messages via WhatsApp to the mother of his children.
After a fight, parliamentarian Castillo Rivas threatened her that he would not give her “not even a sol”, that he was going to evict her from the house and that it was “the worst stage of her life”; it was also proven that he disenrolled her from the health insurance.
“The trial for food delays uffff. For that they have already closed the congress and what you have made me spend has no name, ”the congressman told his wife.
The police proceedings collected the WhatsApp screenshots, where these messages are read. These, in turn, were corroborated by Judge Leader Ermelinda Facundo Facundo, who explained that her team discovered that the cell phone number from which the violent messages were sent is the same one that the Fuerza Popular congressman gave in his police statement.

“So in that sense it is corroborated that he is the author of the messages sent to the aggrieved party,” he said.
It should be noted that the response of the Judiciary was given in eleven days, since the congressman’s wife filed the complaint on February 21 at the Sullana police station for psychological violence. She stated that this was not the first time that she has received attacks from her daughter’s father.
After the investigative work of Judge Leader Ermelinda Facundo Facundo, it was decided that Congressman Eduardo Castillo Rivas, from Fuerza Popular, is prohibited from entering the house of his daughter’s mother; he cannot approach her either, nor her work, study center, public or private places or on public roads.

“(…) Under the penalty of being denounced for the crime of disobedience to authority,” the magistrate ruled.
Along these lines, Castillo Rivas is prohibited from communicating with the complainant. He cannot frighten or intimidate her. He can only coordinate with her actions in favor of the daughter they have in common. But this should not be used as an excuse to violate it.
In addition to this limitation, the parliamentarian will have to deposit an amount of money for his wife and daughter, whom he will not be able to take away from the mother’s care.
Now, the Sullana Criminal Prosecutor’s Office will be notified of the magistrate’s decision to continue with the inquiries.
It should be noted that Congressman Eduardo Castillo Rivas, one day after he was denounced, on February 22, declared before the Peruvian National Police (PNP) that his wife’s testimony is false.
“Everything he has said is false,” he said, but he did not refer to the threats that are read in the WhatsApp chat sent from his phone number.
