The great wish of Luc Tack (61), CEO of Picanol, has come true. After 57 years on the Brussels stock exchange, the share of his company finally disappeared from the tables yesterday. The loom manufacturer will be absorbed into the industrial group Tessenderlo. Tack, who single-handedly rescued Picanol from the doldrums, thus becomes CEO of one large West Flemish industrial investment holding company.
