A prominent lawyer in the southern United States, Alex Murdaugh, was found guilty on Thursday of the murder of his wife and son, a case which has been followed avidly for weeks in the country and has already been the subject of documentaries.
The jurors unanimously found him guilty after deliberating for about three hours.
